We are centrally located in the resort area of the beach, only 2 blocks to interstate 264 and only 20 minutes to Norfolk and most military bases. In a location that is quite convenient to the shops, restaurants, pharmacies,banks,

grocery stores, library,malls, post office, museums, churches, historical sites and all activities on the boardwalk and at the beach!!!!

We offer a variety of duplex style homes, bungalows, cottages and beach houses with average stays of 3-6 months, 6-9 months and year round if you would like to become a "local"
Our rentals are fully furnished, semi- furnished & unfurnished

2 bedroom unit rental rates from: $ 975.00 per month -$1,200.00+ per month

3 bedroom unit rental rates from: $1,500.00 per month -$1,790.00+ per month

4 bedroom unit rental rates from: $1,595.00 per month- $2,650.00+ per month
